At Vrunk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion staples aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vrunk account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
